We will be holding our Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, April 18th from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Virtual Conferences will be scheduled from 3:00 pm – 5:30 by appointment. In-person conferences will be scheduled from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM by appointment.
Please make appointments to meet with your student’s teachers using Skyward and the instructions below:
Parent Conference Instructions – Skyward
Login to your Skyward Family Access: https://skyward.canyonsdistrict.org (This will open a new website.)
If you have more than one (1) student in Canyons School District Schools, choose All Students
- On the left side click the Conferences tab Note:
- Only one appointment can be scheduled per teacher per student
- If guardians maintain separate households, they must login separately to schedule individual conference times for their student
- If you have more than one student, the system will allow you to schedule them at the same time with two different teachers, however, a warning will appear because this will double-book you.
- Click All Conferences next to the student’s name you wish to schedule a conference for
- Click Select a Time
- Choose the time you want and click Join next to that time (Status for that time slot must be open or the Join option will not appear)
- A window appears showing the appointment information, Click Add Student & Self. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- You will also receive a reminder e-mail three (3) days before and one day before your scheduled appointment.

Accessing Your Virtual Conference:
We have listed the teacher’s links so that you can access their Zoom Meeting rooms on our website. Use this link to get there: https://bhs.canyonsdistrict.org (this opens to a new webpage) and look for the Parent Teacher Conference rotating banner. These will be posted on the school’s website the morning of April 18th.
Our Counselors, School Psychologist, and Social Worker will also be available for Zoom meetings.
Note: A few teachers may have sporting events or other duties during PTC.
If a teacher isn’t available during a time you need to meet, please reach out to them and schedule an alternate time. In addition, if you are unable to make an appointment, please reach out to your student’s teacher, counselor, school psychologist, or social worker via email to set up an alternative time/day.
