Brighton will be administering the ASPIRE testing on Monday, 4/15, and Tuesday, 4/16.
On April 15th and 16th, our staff will be administering the ASPIRE Test to all 9th and 10th-grade students. To accommodate this assessment, we will be operating on an adjusted bell schedule on both of these days.
Please refer to the schedule for specific timings. Should you wish for your child to opt-out of this assessment, please note that opt-out forms must be completed in person at the Brighton Main Office. Unfortunately, we are unable to process opt-out requests over the phone or via email. Forms must be submitted 24 hours priorto the commencement of testing to facilitate our testing organization and planning.
Students will not be admitted to exam rooms if they arrive after testing has started.
Monday, April 15: Grades 9 and 10
Testing will be held between 7:35 AM – 10:15 AM
English 45 minutes
Math 45 minutes
All Students Class Schedule: Grades 9-12

- Period 2: 12:11 – 1:15
- Period 3: 1:21 – 2:25
Tuesday, April 16: Grades 9 – 10

Reading 75 minutes
Science 60 minutes

- Period 5: 12:20 – 1:24
- Extended APP: 1:30 – 2:25 *Students staying for extended APP time should choose a teacher in their current class schedule to report to for additional assistance with assignments or tests.
