Schedule Change Policy

Trimester 2 Dates: October 23rd 3:00 pm – November 1 10:00 pm. No late submissions will be accepted. 

Please list the classes you would like to add and drop.

Available Classes can be found in Skyward, under Arena Scheduling. This is the tool you will use to fill out this spread sheet, arena scheduling will not open for the remainder of the year. You will be able to see when classes are, and their availability. 

Please be as specific as possible with your add and drop requests and include

• Class Name 
• Period
• Teacher
• Trimester (if applicable)

Counselors will make the requested changes if possible. Please remember, these are requests and changes are not guaranteed. Counselors will notify students of changes via their csddocs email. BE CHECKING YOUR CSDDOCS EMAIL!!!  PLEASE attend your classes as scheduled in your skyward at the beginning of the trimester.

This form opens Friday October 23rd at 3pm and closes at 10:00pm on Sunday November 1st. If you want a schedule change to be considered, make sure you submit your request before then! Students can request changes for both 2nd and 3rd trimester, however this will be the only opportunity to request a schedule change for 2nd trimester. 

Incomplete forms or incorrectly filled out forms will not be considered. Students will need to state specific classes that they want to drop and the classes they want to add. Statements such as “anything else” or “call me down” will not be accommodated. Counselors will not be meeting with students to discuss adding or dropping classes individually. Counselors may deny requests that put students deficient towards graduation. Counselors are not able to put students into already full classes.

We have had many requests, and our classes are very full. Please be patient, and understand many changes are not able to be made. As long as this form is submitted on time, it will be considered.
